IGym Apps – Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how iGYM, operated by Intouch Group ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications —IGym Member, IGym Trainer, and IGym Partner ("Apps").

By using our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

This policy applies to all three apps. Where a section applies to a specific app only, it is clearly mentioned.

B. Health and Fitness Data (iGYM Member & iGYM Trainer only)

The iGYM Member and iGYM Trainer apps collect and process health-related and fitness data to provide gym management and fitness tracking services. This includes:

- Gym attendance and visit records

- Workout and training session details

- Fitness progress and performance tracking

- Trainer-assigned exercise programs and schedules

- Step count and body metrics 

- Activity logs related to gym usage

Important: Health and fitness data is collected only in the iGYM Member and iGYM Trainer apps. The iGYM Partner app does not collect personal health data of the gym owner or operator — it manages gym business operations only.

This health and fitness data is used solely to provide our fitness services. We do not sell, share for advertising, or use this data for any purpose other than delivering the services you signed up for.

C. Membership and Business Data (iGYM Partner only)

- Gym and business name, address, registration details

- Membership plans and pricing

- Trainer profiles and schedules

- Member records entered by the gym

- Payment and billing history

- Enquiry and follow-up records

D. Payment Information (iGYM Member & iGYM Partner)

- Transaction history and payment status

- Important: We do NOT store your card or bank details. All payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment gateways.

E. Technical Information (All Apps)

- Device type and operating system

- IP address

- App usage patterns and logs

- Crash reports and diagnostic data

- Protected using industry-standard security measures


If you are a trainer or gym partner, you may also view health or fitness data of members assigned to you. This access is strictly for professional service delivery only.

12. Partner App — Member Data Responsibility (iGYM Partner only)

- Ensuring accuracy of member data entered into the system

- Not misusing member data for purposes beyond gym management


We process member data only to provide the software services to you.

- Limited to members assigned to you through the system
